Fabulous

We ordered 8 of these chairs and they arrived in perfect condition and they are absolutely fabulous. I spoke to a lovely man at Ascendi Furniture who was very helpful and the delivery time was within a few days of ordering. We have had nothing but great comments about these chairs and alot of our friends are asking where we got them. The leather is soft and the design feature on the back makes them stand out from the usual plain chairs which are easily available. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Love them!!

Absolutely love them. Can't fault them at all, they are just perfect. One thing to point out though is that the leather seat is a darker brown than shown in the photo - that was ok for us though as it's just the colour we were looking for!!

Sophia White Leather Dining Chairs 

Absolutely delighted - we bought 6 and not having seen or tried them we were a little aprehensive - but our doubts were unfounded. These chairs are fab. Only wished there was a table to match. The ordering and delivery were superb. They were well packed and delivered in a very short space of time from ordering. Would highly recommend them and the company.

Ryder white chairs

We ordered six of the ryder white chair. The chairs arrived within two days of the order. When we opened the boxes we were so pleased. They look and feel fantastic. So different from all the other chairs we looked out. They are so comfortable we really dont leave the dining table for ages after dinner. The tab on the back of the chairs is a great idea as it allows you to pull them away from the table. Overall: Best dining chairs we have seen and bought. Service 10 of 10. Great Quality

We bought two of these chairs and are extremelly pleased with them. They are nice and heavy, great quality oak and very comfortable. I would definitly recommend them.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE FIRST CLASS PRODUCT

Hi Steve Thank you for your excellent service & communication, always a phonecall away. I guess people tend to be apprehensive when ordering online especially without inspecting the items beforehand . All I can say is we are more than pleased with the table & chairs, they look absolutely fabulous. We paid a deposit over the phone and the balance on delivery when we were satisfied. Steve the owner came in person with the items. I was originally thinking of buying from Marks & Spencer as we had seen a table there very similar, we then found out it was oak veneer. Our purchase from you was solid oak, beautifully made. The cream chairs are leather-not faux leather-the legs of the chairs solid oak not veneer. To anyone reading this please look at the glass dining table in M&S it's on their shop floor now. What you get from Asendi is far superior quality. Very nice dining set

This is a lovely table and chairs.Very well made,the table is very heavy.My only concern is that i was only delivered three chairs instead of four apparently one was damaged.I hope the problem is rectified quickly Posted By Ascendi - Damaged chair replaced.

Good quality products at a reasonable price.

The chairs are robust and comfortable. The combination of oak and cream leather works very well in our modern flat. We recommend these chairs and would buy again. Only slight negative was the kerb side delivery because our flat was on the first floor.

RYDER LEATHER DINING CHAIRS

Having taken delivery of our new Ryder white leather chairs we found one was slightly marked on the seat area, contacted ascendi furniture who to be fair organized a replacement with no fuss or bother and replaced the chair with no inconvenience to us who both work full time. the after sales service of this company can only be descriibed as very good, they also took the time to phone to see if we where satisfied after wards, i would definately use this company again.

The leather dining chairs have arrived and are lovely - the ivory colour is trendy and matches my room really well. They are well made and neat. my partner was sceptical as I ordered them from the internet without actually seeing them - but he likes them too. All in all - very pleased -thank-you.

Hi i live in Dublin Ireland The service i received from this company was top quality.... From start to finish it was the smoothest transaction ..... I have dealt with other companys in the uk before and my only regret is that i never found this company earlier.

Excellent value for money

Chairs exceeded our expectations. Well made and built. Picture of chairs looked really good but seeing it in reality showed that it actually was better than the pictures. Chairs are very comfortable to sit on and represent excellent value for money. Would highly recommend chairs as well as Ascendi furniture themselves.

colour was a disappointment

Ordered four jazz red leather chairs , but the colour that I received looked very different to the colour on the picture , I expected bright shiny red leather but they were a matt wine type colour . had to keep them as some distant relatives were coming for lunch on the Sunday and had no alternatives to fall back on !! also length of seat seams very short so not that comfortable . But the ordering process was very good and communication from seller also very good .

Fabulous chairs - item discontinued

I ordered 6 of these beautiful chairs. The customer service I received was excellent. As my buidling work hadnt been finished, the chairs were kept for me until I was ready. Unfortunately, two of the chairs were slightly damaged, but it was no problem at all for them to be returned & two more delivered. Everyone has commented on how lovely they look with my table. I would highly recommend this company, Faye in particular was very helfpul.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT & EXCELLENT SERVICE

We only wanted one of these chairs to use for the dressing table but on the Web site you could only buy them in pairs. As the product was just what we were looking for I telephoned and the gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and agreed that it would be in order for us to just purchase the one chair. It arrived within a day or so and we were not charged for delivery! It is perfect, great quality and lools fabulous. It is rare to find such great service. Would certainly recommend and definitely buy from Ascendi again. THANK YOU.

excellent service

Ascendi were great, I ordered the furniture on line and they contacted me the same day to say when they would deliver. I ordered the furniture on the Friday, and it was in my home the following Wednesday. Excellent service, would recommend them to anyone.
