I write in regards to the above order. As you will remember, you arranged for the chairs to be sent to my home address, as opposed to my works address. Which, in hindsight, was a blessing, as my plasterer was at home, and able to take delivery of them.

I would like to say how very impressed I am at the excellent service recieved from your company.
Having been unable to find what I was looking for in the shops I turned to the internet and found exactly what I wanted on your site.
The ordering was simple, I even got an answer to a phone call made quite late one evening to check a colour,the delivery times were spot on, I recieved curtesy calls to arrange delivery and confirm on day of delivery.
I will recomend your company to anyone who asks,what a shame other bigger and more well known companies don't follow your example and start to offer good service at competative prices.
