A. All items listed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
Q. DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
A. To keep our prices so competitive we do not have a showroom. Should you wish to view a product before purchase please contact us on 01388 778866.
Q. CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY TIME OR DAY?
A. Delivery days can be specified, although our delivery pricing is based on a standard Monday – Friday delivery. Please inform us with any special requirements ASAP so we can advise you of extra delivery charges.
Q. WILL YOU HOLD MY PRODUCTS TILL IM READY TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
A. We appreciate that some customers order in advance if decorating so will are able to hold any item of furniture in stock for up to 3 months from date of purchase.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?
A. All items dispatched are checked to ensure they are free of damage. Although it very rare and out of our control damages can occur once in transit, should you receive a damaged or faulty product please inform within 48hrs of accepting delivery. If any of the packaging is damaged when delivered please sign as damaged.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH MY ORDER?
A. We try our utmost to delivery when stated. Some items have to be ordered through our manufacturers which in extreme cases may be delayed. In these cases we will contact you to keep you informed on the progress of your order.
