Q. How do I place my order?
All orders can be made using our online shopping cart, or you can call us on 0113 252 0010 and we will be happy to process your order with you.
Q. Is your website secure?
Security is very important to us therefore we use Thwaite 128 bit SSL technology which is a secure connection between yourself and our browser. No personal details are passed on to any third parties.
Q. Is it possible to collect from your warehouse?
We are able to assist with a collection from our warehouse, address details are below.

Q. Is VAT included in your prices?
All items listed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
To keep our prices competitive we have a small showroom within our warehouse. We do not keep all products in stock but do call us if you want to view a product before purchase please contact us on 0113 252 0010 .
Q. Can I specify a delivery date?
Delivery days can be specified. Our delivery pricing is based on a standard Monday – Friday delivery open day delivery. Please inform us with any special requirements ASAP so we can advise you of extra delivery charges.
Q. Will you hold my products till im ready to accept delivery?
We appreciate that some customers order in advance so we are able to hold furniture in stock for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made by all major credit cards, cheque, bank transfer, secure payment via Pay Pal, and cash on delivery where Ascendi Furniture delivers your furniture. All products remain the property of Ascendi Furniture until payment is received in full.
Please note all personal cheques must be cleared funds in our account before we can make a delivery.
Q. Can you please advise me on your returns policy?
- 1). We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all products minus the cost of return carriage.
- 2). Returned goods must be boxed in original packaging.
- 3). Wherever possible damaged or faulty goods will be replaced.
- 4). All items carry a 12 month warranty unless damages are caused through neglect or inappropriate use.
- 5). This does not affect your statutory rights
Q. What happens if my order/s are damaged upon delivery?
All items dispatched are checked to ensure they are not damaged. Although it is very rare and out of our control damages can occur once in transit, should you receive a damaged or faulty product please inform within 48hrs of accepting delivery. If any of the packaging is damaged when delivered please sign as damaged.
Q. What happens if there is a delay with my order?
We try our utmost to delivery when stated. Some items have to be ordered through our manufacturers which in rare cases may be delayed. We will always contact you to keep you informed on the progress of your order.
